Northeast Monsoon Update:  The trough of low that was over South Bay is now seen around SW of Comorin coast and is expected to move in a Westward direction.  This could mean the rains could slow down for Coastal Tamil  Nadu and possibly increase over the Western Coasts of Kerala and Karnataka.  This could be good news for those from Chennai who have possibly started to worry about situations of last week repeating once again.  Today we could see parts of South TN around Theni. Virudhunagar, Madurai, Tirunelveli get some rains these rains could be heavier along the foot hills of the Western Ghats.  Coastal areas around Kanyakumari could also see fairly widespread rains with few places getting heavy rains
