Time to welcome the hottest season of Chennai.
Winter is finally bidding farewell to Chennai. Starting from middle of this week the cool comfortable nights would be replaced by warmer nights. The minimum temperature is expected to get to about 24 / 25 degrees in the next couple of days. The pleasant nights are going to be a thing of past, with A/c’s being put to use the load on Electricity is going to increase, here is hoping we are spared of the power shutdowns.
While the day time temperatures are not expected to shoot up drastically it is expected to top about 33 degrees up 2 degrees from the current 31s’ from the next few days or so. With very little cloud cover the real feel would also start increasing .
