In the meanwhile parts of South Tamil Nadu & South Kerala could see heavy spells of rains under the influence of the Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation off Sri Lanka. The districts of Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli & Kanyakumari could potentially see heavy spells of rain in a few places. Saturday early morning could see rains in the Coastal areas of the Delta region getting some rains. The stretch between Pondy and Rameswaram could see one or two places getting fairly intense rains.
Chennai Weather Update: Chennai could see isolated early morning showers in one or two areas. Day time temperatures could be around 33°C with mostly pleasant conditions prevailing.
